I've had a fun time eating like crap lately, but after being quite consistent with my weight, for the last 4 days my scale says I've been gaining a pound a day! I know this is probably due to many other factors, but I have to start keeping an eye on what I'm eating again.

I should also get back on something of a work-out routine. I have been 'off' since the beginning of September... That is a long time! My weight has stayed steady through fall, except for the last few days, so I'm trying to take action before it gets too late!
