Second week of Bikram and today's the fifth day straight this week. Did a three day juice cleanse two weeks ago and it's helped to cut down the amount of food I take in as well as cut my cravings for junk food.
154.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
