Well, slowly but surely the weight is coming off. I go today for my last consult with my dietitian, Willie. I will get my new BMI and other information on how I have done and what to do with my diet to keep the weight loss going. I am very pleased with the results so far, from 266.4 at the end of August to 223.8 today.
