Week and a half on the 500 calorie program with HCG (doctor supervised) has not been as bad as I expected. I've lost 9.5 pounds. I must say I have had moments that I wanted to give in and eat whatever I was craving at the time. I would then find something to occupy myself for a few minutes and the craving vanished and I no longer had that desire. That was great for me...although I still have problems craving carbs in the form of breads or baked goods but the breadsticks and toast help with that.
