Abs Diet Week 1

Start weight: 279

Doing 3 days of light exercise during weeks 1-2

Exercise: 3 sets of pushups and 3 sets of squats

Notes: 8-10 reps per set for pushups, 15-20 reps per set for squats

Wish me luck!
279.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 104.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
