Sooo....I first tried Fatsecret about 4 years ago. I kept my calories at 1200 and also worked out almost daily. I started at 175 and got down to about 151 in less than 3 months. After my weight loss I got into weight lifting and decided to commit to a bikini contest (hence the name). I felt so great, and looked even better...I even met a body builder at the gym I was going to and started dating him. Unfortunately he turned out to be a manipulative and abusive pig. He pushed me to get breast implants and constantly monitored my eating and fitness habits. I finally left him after a year but had become so neurotic about Protein and carb counts. Amino Acids and pre workout. Intermittent fasting, carb loading, reverse dieting, etc., etc., etc. Without him keeping me in line (crazy) I totally rebounded and spent the next 3 years (up until today) gaining 35 lbs. I decided to get the implants taken out a few months ago (children are starving and the world is at war, I couldn't look at myself anymore knowing that the roundness of my boobs was once the most important thing in my life) and have since gotten back into my fitness routine. I run a few times a week, do crossfit 2x a week and try to always stay active..however..the food continues to control me. Today the scale said 186 with my clothes on..I have NEVER been this big. I am still so caught up on all the different rules that I'm finding it hard to accept the basics..cals in vs. cals I'm reaching out to the community for some help, guidance, motivation, whatever!...My cals are set at 1200..I'm already over for the day (but I made the decision after I started eating lol)..and I will continue to work out...but I need a little boost to get me on a consistent routine..I wanna see those numbers drop!
