I am sick so exercising right now is a little difficult. The only reason that I've lost weight is that I've boosted my water intake and am really not eating too much because I don't have an appetite, but know that I need to eat for my body to get well, so I am trying. Strep throat sucks, worst of all is missing work because I can't work with my patients when I'm sick. Good luck to all!
