Stupid pancakes... ok, well, I guess a better practice would be to save those for weekend bfasts, and not for DINNER on a weeknight, when I never eat earlier than 7pm... one lb isn't TOO bad, but I'm still miffed at myself... Then my bfast this morning.. omg, salad for dinner tonight. I don't know if my blisters will allow me to walk, but I'll at least try to throw down my yoga mat... Stupid Wednesday...

That one pound will be gone by tomorrow, I wouldn't worry about it too much. I notice after lots of carbs I weigh more then next day. Just drink plenty of water, you should be fine :)
