Clarification: I'm losing my excess weight for me; to make me feel better and feel more attractive. I don't like the way my clothes fit. I don't like being "overlooked!" Vain maybe but honest! I've never had to worry about what I ate in the past. I guess having children and midlife slow-down and metabolism has changed my appearance. I'd like to get back to a weight where I can keep up with my growing and very active children and still eat (occasionally) whatever I want and still "get noticed!"
