Had a well deserved few days off, covered about 650 miles of Northern California Roads off the freeway. Beautiful country, weather, company, and food. Lived in Southern Oregon for 50 years and never had been in this area and so glad we made the trip. Wish I was younger and could do the rafting, and hiking. Never seen so many camp grounds, I was impressed.

Started back on the LCHF way of life today, been off of it for the last 2 months and I gained a little, but ready to get serious again.

159.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
