Very excited to see how far this diet can take me. I've always eaten healthy foods but recording and rationing what I eat and when I exercise has really helped. Dropped 5lbs this week. Consistency is key.
290.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 109.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
