Fell off for some time. I'm serious now. Going to do 30 days working out and eating clean. 3 July GOAL 145 (10 lb weight loss for my birthday)
155.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 20.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
