Early April I had a lump removed from my shoulder. had to separate my muscle to get it out.
Late April I had oral surgery done to get rid of the pain I was having.
May 6th I had my hysterectomy. I have slowly been getting back into the gym and the slowness is killing me! After dealing with pain for a while before these surgeries, I got up to 161.7 before my last surgery. I am down to 151.2 now. I can walk and jog on the treadmill in intervals for 15-30 minutes 2-3 times a week. I can do body weight workouts at home. I have really started counting my fat and calorie intake again. Salmon with rice has become a favorite meal of mine. I WAS drinking 3 gallons of sweet tea a day. I am now only drinking one gallon every 2-3 days. That cuts my sugar intake ALOT!
In the middle of June, I am going to start using Slim and sassy oil in my diffuser to help with cravings and hunger, chocolate drink mix and soft gels to help boost the low impact workouts I am stuck doing until the doctor releases me. June 6th will be one month since my last surgery and with no other surgeries in sight at the moment, I can not wait to get back to hitting the gym hardcore and really toning up. I am more focused on the toning aspect rather than the weight lose itself. I want to keep my goals firmly in sight.
