WHY am I NOT losing weight?!?!?!?!? I haven't had a piece of bread, rice, pasta or potato in two weeks...no sugar, very low carb count and significantly lower calorie count and still NOTHING. ARRRGGGHHHHHH
226.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hang in there Corky. I am a newbie here, but hopefully some of the pro's here can take a look at your food diary and help you out. I am doing LCHF and really enjoying it.... It looks like you are kind of doing that too. Maybe need to up your fat intake a bit and reduce a little protein?? That is the advise I got from some folks here. I know it seems counterintuitive to what we have all grown up believing, but it really seems to work for a lot of people. Stick with it!!! You can do this. :)

Also, you could increase calories(less than 1200 is too low, you are in starvation mode), reduce fruits (better no fruits) and eat more greens(kale, spinach, collard greens etc) and low starch vegetables, increase good fat intake, drop bacon/processed meat and buy your own meat (cheap meat: for instance organs). Everything should better be cooked/prepared from fresh/frozen produce. Also, be patient and do something you like when you feel like cheating.
