No!!! you fight that demon! no no you got this! you take hold and pull back day by day! turn around! tell that devil he lie!! Stand on GOD word! ask him to give you strength! he will... I once loss 149lbs .. I let that sugar demon take hold of my hard work and turn me around .. people would tell me how good I looked.. but, that demon wrong carbs devil would make me feel like its was my only friend.. and that it liked me most.. now you must step on brakes! because that might be water weight for you.. make sure you check your sodium intake.. you will over come this!!
