New gloves got here today and I sooo want to work out.. but Im in stummy (tummy plus stomach hehe) distress.. feeling really bloated and gassy and IBS-y soooo we will see if this volcano dies down or if DH will be sleeping on the couch LOL.. Im on day 4 of feeling back to normal and hitting la vida low carb hard core hence the gassyness.. it happens to me along with headaches BUT nothing some water cant fix.. ONWARD. My mom came over for lunch and I made my olive garden copy cat salad and my red white and blue fruit salad *jicama, melon, strawberry, blueberry and blackberry. Nice healthy choices. I did her laundry for her today and now its time to finish up work/housework and see how the rest of the day goes. The kid works so DH and I got redbox and I took out some t bones. Cant wait.. Its soooo hot and humid but I plan to do some patio gardening and get ready for a fantabulous healthy low carb active week !! Cheers every one !
