This past week has not been easy to get in any exercise but it did give me plenty of exercise in saying no thank you and really deciding if I needed to eat something or whether or not I was truly hungry or just wanting to munch. So i feel like I passed that test, for now. I have next week of working two jobs and then I am back to one. Whew! I have plans to do some walking and biking today. Super thankful for the 3 day weekend. Thankful for the time off, but also for the freedoms because of someone else!
175.2 lb Lost so far: 43.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
