Ha ha ha wow ok so we are going on vacation tomorrow .... by the coast... just in time for a smaller hurricane ha ha ha ha what luck....

got the back yard prepared. I have someone coming to get my dogs to watch them.

I have a ton of cleaning and packing to do.... all to sit in a hotel and not be at the beach lol omg. I have nothing but floppy bathing suits cause I didn't have time to order the smaller size (for anyone following that) ... might have to do like high school and just use a bra and shorts..... might be a lesson in self acceptance to be jiggling around and keeping my head up.

I'm going to go grocery shopping and bring low carb snacks and options... the hotel room has a kitchen and fridge so I can definitely control my breakfasts and lunches... hoping to find good dinner options when we go out.. I'm getting pretty used to this so it should be second nature to know what's good and what's not. so I should be ok.

so something deviating happened this morning ... I ran out of cream for my coffee... I feel like I'm gonna die. stupid sugar free coffee mate taste like garbage. so I added come cocoa powder ...helped a bit but I should have skipped the coffee mate... meh. Ill know better for my next cup.

feeling pretty chatty but i guess nothing important to say so I'm really just wasting everyone's time with the post but part of me is a little evil so I'm gonna post it anyway MUAH HA HA HA HA HA HA!!!!

man my back is sore... I feel some weird tissue moving around... I don't think that's normal. perhaps when I get back I'll see a dr about that. cause you know, surgery and pain killers NEVER interrupts a diet plan .... Or caring for children with no help... probably why I've been avoiding it... but with all the talk of cancer around my family lately I should see what this tissue is... I've had to get benign things removed before.... that sucked. but atleast generally harmless ... if it is something let's hope it's the same type of thing....


completely different note... maybe losing my boobs isn't so bad... you know those shirts with the built in bra? I always had to still wear a bra cause.. boobs... but now I am here using one of those shirts and doing alright.. pretty comfortable. . up side to everything I guess, I may be on the road to lookin like fried eggs nailed to a wall.. but atleast I have comfort HA HA HA HA HA HA.... ok ok ok I guess I wasted enough of your (whoever actually read this crap all the way through) time and I will wish you a good day and a good diet... may you lose a pound today and smile.
