Don't we all want it to come off faster! You're doing very well, though.

Thanks...I guess my first weigh in losing 8 lbs threw me off! I'm still on induction so I am keeping below my 20 carbs per day. Just thought I'd be closer to 5lbs a week...lol

Those 8 lbs were mostly water weight. You are doing great! Keep up the good work.

If you had 100+ pounds to lose, you'd be more likely to be able to achieve those loss rates. You're relatively close to your goal weight, which makes each pound a greater percentage of your total weight than a pound would be if you weighed much more. So, you're doing great!

As several have pointed out in other postings, you didn't put it all on in a week, so you can't expect to lose it all in a week (although we all agree it would be nice if you could! lol) You're doing great!!

Yeah, that first big drop can be deceiving. I went down 5 lbs in the first 3 days, then bounced back up to my start weight the following day. It makes you crazy, if you let it. Slow and steady, and hey! 2.2 is nothing to sneeze at!
