weighed this AM. Surprised that the number came up with a loss. Even if a smidgen, better than a gain with my on again, off again eating plan.

I feel out of control some days, but won't give up. I have had a medical issue happening with myself, but haven't shared much of it to anyone.(started when I had family here during my brothers passing) Way to much family drama and adding my issues would just keep them all hanging on me. Kind of feel like if I put my head in the sand it will all go away. Needless to say I did go in to the doctor, had tests and ultra sound done that were not conclusive, so now more are being scheduled to make sure nothing was missed. I'll feel better once they are done and I know for sure. So here I sit, one day do well with wanting to get to a healthy weight and then the next feeling why am I bothering.
