I started a new job today. It is changing my life drastically. I am riding the bus to work, walking from the bus stop to work. I am a messenger, so I will be doing a lot of walking on the job. Today was the first day of the huge project, so I helped unload trucks and move pallets of boxes around. The workers lunch is catered and snacks are provided at the breaks. I recorded everything I ate, and I checked my blood sugar a breakfast, before lunch, and 2 hours after lunch. (I had only been checking my breakfast numbers because not being on a schedule, I tended to forget). With all the exercise and good food available, my numbers were better than I have seen for a long time.
In total, I walked 33352 steps which is approximately 15.8 miles.
