I have a difficult time getting my calories up to 1200 and more.
157.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 2.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.2 lb a week

I'm the same! I'm making fat bombs this weekend to help out with that.

Was just going to say add some butter or coconut oil. At 100 calories a Tablespoon getting calories is easy.
