MissT2309's Journal, 27 May 2016

So This Week i started taking Duromine 30mg and well, so far it really works considering i have the appetite of a F#%^ng Cow grazing all day. for once i actually forget about lunch or cant really smell food i noticed. cravings are gone gone. :) i am however concened that if i stop after reaching my goal weight that my appetite would be 3x worse lol but hey well cross the bridge when we get there right! my biggest reason for my weight issue is because i really am CONSTANTLY craving food/sugar whatever is in my mind at the moment. gyming is not a problem. so i thought id focus on fixing my diet 100% as they say that your diet is 90% of what makes a successful weight loss :/ no matter how hard you train if your diet is not up to scratch then forget it. Anyone else use Duromine?

You don't need Duromine. It has really bad side effects and you can be sure that the initial weight loss is water weight but then the weight comes back when u stop using that medication. Make sure that you are monitoring your heart rate whilst on it. Many of us have lost substantial weight/fat without using any product. Talk to us about our methods and learn about them :)

Bibs i know we had a bad drinking weekend and we need to give it some time before we consume that amount of alcohol again cauz we just wasting our time then lol

sorry but i gotta agree with Optimus. Might seem hypocritical, but I'm using a fat burner at the moment , but that's just too boost the metabolism, but in 2014 I lost 15kg with no supplements. Other than that I just try eat healthy. Anything that messes with your brain or eating patterns/urges is confusing your body. MissT, it looks like you're seriously in shape, so not sure why you're trying to lose, but if you're having cravings it's probably got to do with stress or something your body needs or it's something that you're burning too fast and too easy leading to your body feeling like it needs more. and know what? sometimes we actually need to give the body that one or two little doses of what it's craving, as it actually re-sets things, just as long as you don't over do it. Obviously this is just whats worked for me, and I don't think we could be any more different if we tried, but at the end of the day the human body works pretty much the same way. Try higher fibre foods and more protein maybe?

Shame I really feel you but let me tell you this, the moment you stop with that pill you will pick up the weight just like that and you will be more depressed. You do not have to cut out anything at first just watch your portion size of everything and just make sure you eat in moderation. Count calories if you can, stock up on fruit in your drawer at work, keep a glass next to you at work when its empty fill it up with water always and the trips to the toilets will help burn calories lol. I promise you it works I can testify :). I wish you all the best

Fatburners bought over the counter are safer than schedule druge like Duromine that need a prescription to obtain. Appetite can be suppressed with coffee, green tea, etc. You have to experiment to see what can help you. Personally i found that following the 16:8 Intermittent fasting really helps alot with appetite since most people have found that their hunger is triggered by eating breakfast and when they gave up eating breakfast, they stopped getting hunger pangs and were able to have their 1st meal at midday. Read up on the fast diet on www.thefastdiet.co.uk and 16:8 Intermittent Fasting. You will discover a sustainable method of weight/fat loss that u can follow without giving up some of the indulgences of life. Please dont be offended by my frown upon the use of duromine. I have seen ppl cause more harm than good by using it.
