So weird. I've been stuck on 68kg for a week. Last night I ate spring rolls with the kids, had chicken pasta and 3 glasses of white wine. I wake up and the kilo is gone!
147.7 lb Lost so far: 17.6 lb.    Still to go: 6.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
