Well here goes the yo-yo again! I'll be so glad when this month is over. I drove to Columbia for my dads post op surgery yesterday and all is going well for him😀 I on the other hand was hit with heat exhaustion bad. I drank so much water/Gatorade I sloshed when I walked. Feeling better today though but still not eating too much ok sugar free jello and Gatorade the food of the gods lol. Good luck with everyone and their struggles! We can do whatever we want, if we want it bad enough!!!
