Well I have noticed that alot of my calories I drink rather than eat. I have made a goal to limit my sodas to one or none a day and try to drink water and tea instead. My willpower sucks though. I had a slim fast for breakfast then went to walmart to get a piece of fruit to go with it (I have also noticed that I have to eat something with the slim fast) and ended up walking out with two donuts as well as the fruit. But I am no quiter! Just have to take smaller steps I quess.
