I am back to loose all of this extra weight that I have put after having my twins. There is no excuse for it but I know that I have to do better.
204.8 lb Lost so far: 21.6 lb.    Still to go: 69.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

My sister did that. It takes time to tighten up afterward. Good luck with your efforts. I know it's a difficult time. So much to do.

Congratulations on your little ones! One thing good about pregnancy weight is that some of it is from your organs changing and will come off naturally - like from the uterus shrinking back to normal size. It is probably better for the babies' health that you put on some extra pounds during the pregnancy. No guilty feelings allowed!
