Had serious cravings for fat today, hence the positive net calories. Gotta make more fat bombs tomorrow, which is good because I have beaucoups blueberries, and I love blueberries!

After getting up super-early in order to do my laundry, I took an hour-and-a-half nap, but slept very lightly. Maybe that's what the fat yearnings were about, 'cause I sure needed the energy.

My sink full of dishes is calling to me :-) gotta go.
