Fell off on Saturday (had a couple of slices of pizza and 4 chicken wings from Pizza 73), but other than that...pretty good. Been exercising for 3 weeks straight now consistently...every day instead of sporadically.
201.1 lb Lost so far: 8.9 lb.    Still to go: 66.1 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.0 lb a week
