starting with a 20 minute elliptical workout 4 days a week...better calorie burn...
slow but going down on weight....yeah
270.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 6.0 lb a week
