Losing steady lately, I had a rough couple of days the last two weekends. but I got engaged so i let myself enjoy a little. I have also been going to the gym regularly. thats been helpful.

192.7 lb
Lost so far: 19.3 lb.
Still to go: 27.7 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.
