I hate a lot this weekend so that is the result. Not giving up though... I'm gonna do my best this week to make it to 155 lbs!!
159.8 lb Lost so far: 85.2 lb.    Still to go: 24.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 2.2 lb a week

Your doing it, you've got this. Stay focused, drink lots of water, treat yourself well, and don't stress. Cheering you on from the sidelines. go go go!!
