I've been cruising along eating anything I wanted, too busy so grabbing fast food. Yesterday I went back to the gym and the diet, pushing the weight back down.
187.9 lb Lost so far: 12.1 lb.    Still to go: 17.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 0.2 lb a week
