Feeling super tired and sluggish today. It may or may not have anything to do with the 3 vodka sodas I had last night watching Pancho Sanchez live at a jazz club. LOL But I also drank plenty of water, stayed within my calories, and did get 8 hours sleep. A little bummed because I have had so much energy thus far. Oh well. Been on track today with my eating although just too weak to work out. Tomorrow will be better! Gonna up my water intake a little... think i was slacking in that area today.

You'll be Ok! I have a real weakness for Irish Coffee's especially those free Vegas ones. Those drinks always have a delayed backlash. That's what I dislike, good when your drinking, then the next day it hits you. Lol

If you get hit with a really big calorie day in the future, just average down for a day or two and add extra exercise time to offset those calories...no problem, net calorie average restored!
