Sunday I let myself have a free day to reward myself for being good. I'm better now, withdrawing from sweets is almost as bad as withdrawing from alcohol!
218.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 68.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
