Soooooooooooooo I have fallen off the wagon...past week and a bit has been tough...my cousin passed away so had to book last minute flight to NYC for the funeral...lol, junk food& alcohol have been keeping me comfy and I can totally see why Americans are soooooooooo big...everything is literally double the size of everything back in SA and don't even get me started on the sugar. Woke up this morning and just had that..."enough is enough" moment...took a deep breath and jumped on the scale...sadly I am back in the 80s...so time to start afresh...I arrive back in SA on Wednesday. I will weigh in next Monday...hopefully I will be at 80kg

Thanks for the kind words and messages my FS family.Arrived safely back in CPT and now ready to get back on the #fatmustfall bus,lol. Don't know what I would do without this platform - so happy to see the progress everyone has been making. Hope everyone has a wonderful week:-)
