I will be going on vacation in two days. I know I had my best weight loss week ever because I weighed myself Friday and after going on the 15 sugar grams and 6 servings of carbs diet, the results were amazing!!

I had no idea how much sugar was in our food. So feeling like a coward, I would rather not enter my weight tomorrow, my usual weigh in day, and have a YUGE (As bernie sanders would say), difference in weight gain when my next weigh in after vacation occurs. I am hoping no more than 10 pounds.

I will have fun for about 10 days. Then when I get back, I will need a vacation from my vacation!! Lol.
