Bad eating this weekend, but the damage on the scale this morning is not TOO BAD (at least, that's what I tell myself)

I'll be having a low carb week the whole week, keeping to paleo & LCHF rules, also 24 hour fasts. Winter is upon us, and with that comes the comfort foods. :-(

P.S: I've been super lazy last week, and didn't go to one CF session. Today I skipped as well, but tomorrow I will draaaaaaaggggg my lazy ass out of bed and hit that session!!!

I also had a bad week picked up 2.5 kg in one week. From tomorrow I am correcting the bad eating and will go to gym again
