Well I gained a few ounces. I really dont care that much though. We had dinner with friends last night, where there would be a lot of pies, carbs, bla bla bla. I went into it thinking that I wasnt going to be too strict with my diet while I was there. I ate some bad things but in very small portions. The rest of the day I ate pitch perfect and I also worked out. So Im not stressing about these few ounces. You cant be super strict every where you go or you'll go crazy....Learned that from the last time trying to diet. Still motivated to do well. Im sure I will be back in the 120's tomorrow. Here's hoping. I hope everyone has a beautiful Sunday! Eat well!

You got the right idea about this. Don't let the fun times pass you just because you're losing weight. Have what you'd like - in moderation - and then go right back to plan. That's the way to get there without going insane. :) Well done, my friend.

Actually, you might want to increase your intake anyway. If your diet calendar is up to date at all, your current level of intake is going to slow down your metabolism - you don't want that, because your weight loss will stall out. A more moderate intake level will also prevent you from freaking out and bingeing.
