I have been experimenting with IF. Some days I manage 19/5, other days 16/8. I generally stop eating after I finish supper around 5:30 PM, give or take; drinking only water during the fast and skipping breakfast. Yesterday into today I managed 18/6. I have to say I am less hungry this way. :)
267.5 lb Lost so far: 9.5 lb.    Still to go: 132.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I did a 36 hour fast last weekend. It really wasn't hard at all! I've been LCHF since April 1, and the fat is just melting off! I just heard about IF last week, and decided to try it..eat when hungry, don't when not. Pretty stinking simple! LOL I will definitely do the 36 hours at least a couple of times a month. I felt invigorated!
