My weight loss this week wss almost 3 lbs, but my goal was for 5 lbs. I plan on hitting my goal next weigh in.
273.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 48.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Three pounds in one week is amazing. When you lose too much in one week, you end up losing muscle too. The more muscle you have, the more calories you burn at rest, the more easy maintaining will be. The more muscle you have the easier it is to lose weight also (hence why men lose faster than women). So kick up your exercise plan, get plenty of protein to build muscle and go for high fiber foods to help you lose the best. Good luck!
