So I'm rather irritated that my Xbox was messing up and I only got to do 30 minutes of kickboxing. Luckily I did an hour power walk this morning and I still plan on hitting the gym tonight.

No bags but I would like one instead of air,lol It's a lot of kicks and punches and I'm super sweaty in less than 10 minutes. By 15 it's dripping off of my nose,lol and I'm not usually a big sweater,lol. I also noticed on my walk today how much easier it was and it was leg day at the gym and was able to up the weights.
