Woke up as "negative nancy" this morning. Feeling chubby with my TOM coming up in the next while. Just need to remember to stay focuses and put my attention on making healthy choices and increasing my activity level again.

Normally with it being a Friday night I'd be entertaining going to Karaoke and having a few drinks, and my goal is to STAY HOME! Mayby have some pop corn but nothing crazy. Tomorrow evening we are going over to a friends and I know there will be a food spread and some drinks so I dont want to double do it this weekend and hoop any progress I've made.

Tasha has been staying over night quite a bit lately. She seems to miss being with me a little. She informed me that her dad and her step-mom have split up so she feels that she needs to keep her father company. She feels like she can't leave him alone. It's sad to see my daughter feeling though she needs to take care of her father rather than how it ACTUALLY should be. Adults can take care of themselves! Children are NOT responsible for keeping us happy and feeling emotionally stable. Sheesh...that ex of mine.

Counting down the hours until I can leave the office and get home and see my puppy. Rudy has got me hooked! Too cute for his own good he is.
