Well, it's not as bad as it could have been, considering what I've been eating for the last two months. On top of that, my latest blood work was outstanding. My cholesterol levels are well within normal for the first time ever and even my triglycerides were barely too high. My glucose looked great and my anemia is under control. Now I just have to get my food amounts back under control. I think I'll try the 8/16 IF for awhile and see if that helps. I find the 2/5 IF a bit hard to deal with. It's so easy to NOT eat that it's tempting to continue . . . not good! Back to the high road. I need to get the rest of this weight off!
241.0 lb Lost so far: 38.0 lb.    Still to go: 41.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

That's the thing, Gigi. I've been going OUT OF THE HOUSE to get the wrong things. There's nothing in the house I shouldn't have but I've been eating too much of that, as well. I really am very surprised I didn't gain more. I'm so glad you're back. I miss Bren and Steph but they've had their own battles this year, much worse than my piddley little gripes. We really can do this together! We'll stick with it this time, you and I!

We will my friend. I also have a tedency to eat too much of a good thing. If I don't track my food, I get lost. My hubby JimA38 just joined. He is meticulous in monitering what he eats. The man is tenacious! Lol. I am glad he is doing this with me.
