I did one hour and 40 or so minutes of exercising. I had 2 60% whole wheat breads and one strudel. Also a Dorito chip. I need to get rid of my breads and baked goods. I want to only eat grains such as rice and oatmeal. My motto is try one cheat item once a week that is under 200 calories.
134.0 lb Lost so far: 16.0 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
