Good week despite pulling a muscle in my shoulder last Wednesday. Managed to get a massage on Thursday and work it out pretty quickly. Did a 10 km hike on Saturday and got my first 18 holes of golf in of the season on Sunday. On Monday my body pretty much went wtf! lol repeat repeat, you're no longer 25! 😁
195.7 lb Lost so far: 5.3 lb.    Still to go: 25.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
