Starting Body Beast tomorrow with my mom. We are super excited and motivated. I have to decide on my eating plan by the end of the day though. I can do LCHF but its so hard to give up baked potatoes. My other option is just eating unprocessed foods and only eating when Im hungry. Anyone have any advice?
215.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 70.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
