So it's the next day after my feelings of defeat. I still have to look at another problem, sodium. I bought some baked chicken from the store for thanksgiving. They load it with sodium or even msg. I don't know but whatever it is I am totally bloated. I can really tell because my ring that usually slides off my finger won't budge. So today, I am going to try and look at my sodium content. I'm sure glad that store bought baked chicken is gone. Why do some things that taste so good leave one so miserable? Anyways, it will go away. I'll just have to drink more water today and go do some cardio.
