I really just want to lose weight. I try and try and can never seem to. Im going to be extremely dedicated to this for 1 year and if i dont lose weight, I'm going to have a weight loss surgery. I have a personal trainer but right now I'm lacking motivation. Any tips are welcomed. I'm not actually going to watch my calorie content until Monday October 17, 2011. But I'm going to record all my meals up to than to get in the habit of doing it, and partly so I can see how bad I'm really eating .
