Today was a model for going forward: 1) Total calories 1264, so I still have room for snack; hit my cholesterol ceiling right at 200; fiber at 23.5 which is great, net carbs at 86.01. And I ate 6-7 servings of fruit and veggies, which is why I hit the fiber as high as I did. And the big difference was really bumping up the protein in my snacks, lowering the carbs across the board, but especially the snacks, and it didn't hurt that I had 3 servings of fish -- breakfast, lunch and snack. If I can do as well 4 days per week, I think I can get back in the loss column pretty quickly.

HCB -- turns out I forgot to put in my herring snack -- but my numbers were still really good, especially given I got all those fruits and veggies in. I still have a ways to go, but this was encouraging today.
